If you use up all your matches in your package and you are not sure you have found your perfect match, you can purchase extra matches as there will be no refunds allowed.

Should you meet your perfect match within one or two match introductions, there will also be no refund for the matches that are left in your account. All matches according to your package must be used within 12 months or it will expire.

When you are introduced to your match, no contact details are allowed to be exchanged. It is an exclusive site and it is our job to protect our client’s privacy.

We reserve the right to accept you as a client. Should we find that we are unable to find you a match, you will be 100% refunded.
